The non-Playoff Team with the most Participation Points will be awarded the next Entry Draft, which includes:
- A 500 Seat expansion to their existing Arena.
-$2.5 Million Cash as revenue from the GCHL Entry Draft.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Goalie Usage
We will use the goalies endurance as the deciding factor when checking maximum number of games. It will be checked at each third of the season. No monitoring will occur during the post-season.
Games a goalie is eligible to play is (Endurance as a percentage) * (Number of games in a season) So an goalie with a 85 endurance or below would come out as this. (.85 * 82 games) = 69.7 <We round up>
A goalie with a 86 endurance (.86 * 82 games) = 70.52 or 71
A goalie with a 87 endurance (.87 * 82 games) = 71.34 or 72

Junior players on farm
1) A maximum of 2 Junior-aged Players are allowed per Farm Team. Junior-aged Players may come from any Junior League.
2) Once a Junior-aged Player is assigned to a Farm Team, that Player must remain on the Farm until they turn 20 or reach an overall (OA) level of 70.
3) Junior-aged Players assigned to (or previously assigned to) a Farm Team may participate in Pre-Season Games, but must be returned to the Farm once the Regular Season begins; unless the GM decides to keep that Player up on the Pro Roster for the entire Season.
4) If a GM wants to send a Junior-Farmer back to his original Junior Team, then that Junior-aged Player must clear Waivers first.
5) If a GM Trades a Junior-Farmer, then that GM may promote another Junior-aged Player to the Farm to take up the empty spot.
6) If a GM Trades for another Junior-Farmer, then that Junior-aged Player will be assigned back their original Junior Team, unless the GM notifies the Commissioner that an empty spot exists on the Farm for that Player.
7) Junior-aged Players must be under contract first before being assigned to a Farm Team.

6.4 Stadium Seating
Each season, teams will be allowed to upgrade seats in the arena. There will be 250 seat packages up to 1,000 seats max. The money you spend on seats will come out of your team budgets. The prices are determined by your Team Budget as well.
Under 50 million:
250 seats= $1,000,000
500 seats= $2,000,000
750 seats= $3,000,000
1,000 seats= $4,000,000
50 million or above:
250 seats= $2,500,000
500 seats= $5,000,000
750 seats= $7,500,000
1,000 seats= $10,000,000
Remember this comes out of your team budget so make sure you want to do this. This will be offered at the end of the Entry Draft. The most you can buy at any given season is 1,000 seats. Once a team has reached 24,000 seat capacity for their respected arenas, they can not buy anymore seats
